With their unique methodology, it is their mission to maximize positive impact and help these startups become successful internationally. In January 2021 DutchBasecamp kicked off the 3-year EU-India InnoCenter project, set up to guide European startups and scaleups on their journey to do business in India.

As International Project manager, I worked together with the main innovators in both regions to foster collaboration opportunities and open doors to a two-way technology- and knowledge transfer between Europe and India. DutchBasecamp, German Entrepreneurship GmbH, CIVITTA, uGlobally, 91springboard and Mantra Launchespace have teamed up to combine their strengths to guide 100+ European entrepreneurs through their expansion process and go-to-market strategy for the Indian market.

Academic Startup Competition 2020

The Academic Startup Competition identifies startup candidates in academia to join a race for the 2020 Dutch Pioneering Innovations from Science. The competition aims to accelerate new, transformational technologies into successful business opportunities and pushing their scalability through early involvement of experts across talent management, capital and markets.

As a project manager, I worked together with a great range of governmental partners and stakeholders. Due to the COVID - 19 pandemic, the planning and timeline had to change several times. It was my responsibility to continuously adapt to these changing parameters, whilst still meeting tight deadlines and getting everyone aligned to make this competition successful and worthwhile for the 10 winners.

I coordinated the set up of a tailor made mentoring platform and a digital West Coast Incubation Program, including matchmaking, deep dives and online Pitch training USA organised by the Dutch consulate in San Francisco. We create visibility for the 10 startups and these successful transfers of science by deploying PR and communication around the Academic Startup Competition.

Odyssey Momentum

Odyssey Momentum is an Online Mass Collaboration Arena dedicated to solving complex, 21st-century challenges. This online experience of 49 hours allows over 2000 participants to work in teams of diverse expertise and to explore new possibilities to collaborate, create value and solve the given challenges.

The latter were contributed by corporations, governments, and nonprofits and were directly tied to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, covering domains such as energy transition, conscious cities, critical infrastructure, logistics, public safety, nature conservation, real estate, healthcare, and digital identity. Underlying it was the core assumption that solving these challenges together would have a positive societal and economic impact.

The resulting online arena will be visited by 15 partner and stakeholder delegations. My role was to inform, brief and guide these delegations in the digital space on the event days of November 13 and 14, 2020.

B. Amsterdam

B. Amsterdam is a business centre that provides creative workspace for innovation, education, and growth.

My work with them centred around their third completed building in Amsterdam in 2018, called B.3. With a small team we coordinated the contractors and brought the vision of the interior designer to life.

Our goal was to create a space where, aside from hosting regular events and tenants, start-ups and investors could come together to meet. On the 9th floor we created a striking space specifically for investment companies.

The Good Family

The Good Family is always on the lookout for new trends and developments in the field of a sustainable lifestyle.

I learned about inspiring initiatives, each contributing to a more sustainable environment and pushed these on their social media channels and website.

To incite conscious and sustainable consumption behavior, it is crucial to teach children how they can contribute. Community building and producing nice family portraits was eye-opening.
